You’ve got to be your own advocate and you’ve got to have healthy boundaries . Healing takes time , space and creating peace in your environment . You need time to cocoon . It’s okay to rest and say no to things that are not in alignment .
You must make time for your wellness or you will be forced to make time for your illness ☝🏻 and trust me it’s not a fun road to travel .
