A Spring Offering: đą
www.aimeehuffman.com
Change isnât always easy, especially when uninvited. It can unsettle us, pulling us from the familiar into the unknown. But when we meet it with curiosity instead of resistance, we find resilience.
Ancient wisdom reminds us that impermanence is lifeâs nature. Nothing stays fixedânot the weather, our thoughts, or even our bodies. Yet there is steadiness to be found in awareness. As Jon Kabat-Zinn says, âAs long as weâre still breathing, thereâs more right with us than wrong.â
So we practice. We root into breath, the ground beneath us, the sensations within. Each inhale, each exhaleâa microcosm of change. In this space between winter and spring, past and future, we trust the unfolding. Just as the earth realigns with the Sun, we, too, can realign with what is steady and true within us.
The invitation is simple: Be here, now. Spring will come in its own time. And so will you.
