Here’s an interestingly good meal. I marinated tofu with tamari soy sauce and sriracha hot chili sauce and coated it in bread crumbs.
Then, I fried it. Next, I added soba noodles, fresh chopped kale and a bag of veggies-broccoli, snap peas, water chestnuts, & carrots.
Added tamari soy sauce and stir fried it.
For the sauce, it’s peanut butter, tamari soy sauce and sriracha hot chili sauce 🌶 🌱
