Here’s an interestingly good meal. I marinated tofu with tamari soy sauce and sriracha hot chili sauce and coated it in bread crumbs.
Then, I fried it. Next, I added soba noodles, fresh chopped kale and a bag of veggies-broccoli, snap peas, water chestnuts, & carrots.
Added tamari soy sauce and stir fried it.
For the sauce, it’s peanut butter, tamari soy sauce and sriracha hot chili sauce 🌶 🌱

“Chicken” noodle soup! 🌱 I used soy chunks as the substitute and added carrots. This took less than 20 minutes to make! So quick and easy.
First, boil water in a pot and cook your noodles(I just followed the instructions on the box)
Second, after that’s done drain the noodles and start to rehydrate the soy chunks. Boil water and add it. (Not sure how long to cook it for but I estimated for 10 minutes.)
Then, chop up some carrots and add them to your pot. Pour vegetable broth as well, it adds more flavor.
Let it boil for a while. Then add your noodles plus seasonings (salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and turmeric, and oregano(optional)).
P.S. lol I don’t have much soup base because my pot was too small but it still works and tastes good! 🤷‍♀️😅

A nutritious and delicious raw salad for lunch 🥗 🙃
Consists of spinach, red cabbage, carrots, black beans, avocado and a dollop of kale hummus topped with sprouted alfalfa 🌱

Yesterday I made this kind of stir fry with red cabbage, bok choy 🥬, carrots 🥕, mushrooms 🍄, and rice 🍚.
The rice is seasoned with turmeric, garlic pepper, onion powder and sea salt.🧂
I prepped everything first, washing and cutting all veggies.
For the tofu, I used the firm kind and marinated it with teriyaki and soy sauce. Then popped it in the oven until it was crispy around the edges.
I cooked the rice first and added the seasonings.
Then the veggies, first the bok choy and then the rest.
Plating it, I added sesame seeds and alfalfa sprouts. That’s all! :) 🌱
