Hands On Mind and Body Wellness Center strives to be as much as a respite as an educational resource for you to heal and grow. We have been Brighton’s premier wellness center for the past 24 years. We offer a professional, yet comfortable environment; filled with plants, antiques, art and soothing aesthetics. Our waiting room overlooks a wetland with local wildlife to watch as you relax. Each client enjoys a uniquely personalized approach to their needs, whether they are here to relax or rehabilitate. We are honored and humbled to serve this community. Each member of our team has a passion for their profession, and genuinely cares about each person they work with. We pride ourselves in being a team in the truest sense of the word. This includes our clients; as our belief that significant healing is achieved only through co-created efforts. We educate our clients in helping themselves, as each person is their own healer. As massage therapists, we shall never practice beyond our scope; rather, provide effective adjunct therapy to diagnoses made by your primary care physician. We offer a network of health professionals to collaborate client care, and go above and beyond in seeking answers to your questions. It is our belief that you are more than just a “body” to be “worked on”. We respect and honor you as an individual and unique spirit.
