Do we really need a beach body?
For years, yoga asana were my only way to stay fit.
Maybe my body was not looking like this, but yoga surely taught me presence, discipline, and self-awareness.
From a mere physical point of view, it wasn’t enough for me.
My body started asking for something more.
So I added weight training.
Not to chase aesthetics, but to feel stronger, move better, and age well.
To have more energy for my family.
To focus deeper at work.
To be the man my son can rely on, now and for many years to come.
And yeah, I ended up looking fitter too.
But that was never the point. Just the side effect.
For me, it’s not about summer aesthetics: it’s about life performance.
Strength is not vanity. It’s responsibility.
That said, I have a bonus note:
If you have a body and you go to the beach…
You already have a beach body.
Let’s stop the nonsense, and focus on what actually matters.

*How Does Reiki Work?*
Reiki practitioners believe that the body has a life force energy that flows through it, and that this energy can be channeled and balanced through touch or non-touch techniques. Practitioners act as conduits for this universal life energy, allowing it to flow through them to the client.

*What to Expect from a Reiki Session*
A typical Reiki session involves:

1. *Initial consultation*: The practitioner will discuss your needs and goals.
2. *Hand positions*: The practitioner will place their hands on or above specific positions on the body.
3. *Energy channelingr*: The practitioner will channel Reiki energy to the client.
4. *Relaxation*: The client will typically lie down or sit comfortably during the session.

Reiki is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional medical treatment.

Pranayama is defined in the Patanjali's Yoga sutras as - The science of cleansing, balancing and gaining control over the Prana (Vital Force or Life Energy), in the human system. Pranayama is the science of harnessing the breath, for gaining control over the mind. It leads to conscious breathing and forms the fourth limb, of Patanjali's eight limbed Yoga. By gaining control over the breath, mind is also controlled indirectly.
