This piece speaks to much of what I find disturbing in the conventional "wellness" world. Radical-self care is about caring for ourselves AND our communities--ALL of our bodies. To be healthy , we need to broaden our perspectives, not narrow them into an authoritarian, racist, anti-science cult designed to elevate a few to positions of power.
