Great review from Sharon... "I have been managing my sister's care from California since the beginning of the pandemic. In 2021 I brought Eldercare Counseling on to be my "boots on the ground". I can honestly say that was the best decision I've made regarding my sister's care.

In a recent situation with her assisted living facility that involved a commitment made by former staff members, her personal counselor, Krista Kovel, stepped in immediately with documentation and calls to management. As a result, and to my great relief, we had a positive resolution in a matter of days.

On a personal note, it is sometimes terrifying to make life altering decisions for another person. More than once, Krista has spent time talking me off the ledge and helping me make hard choices for my sister.

Olympians, you are very fortunate that such an agency exists and for anyone from out of state trying to manage a loved one's care, I highly recommend Eldercare Counselors, the agency and the staff.
