Exciting news! Our award-winning short film Holy Zombie is hitting the big screen at the historic Esquire Theater on January 25, 2026. We’re honored to be hand-selected to compete against 10 incredible short films in the Phresh Vision Showcase.

She found the casting call on Instagram, auditioned, made the trip from Michigan to Cincinnati and delivered a key performance in the film.

Meet Jaime Lee Spears (not that one) — aka The Script Boss.
joined our Happy Sorrows team as a Co-Producer and Script Supervisor, bringing her sharp eye for detail and her commitment to keeping the script king. She was a key voice through all seven rewrites and now shares her excitement about finally being on set in our BTS Director Chair series. 🖤🩵💜

Want to attend a sold-out Happy Sorrows Test Screening TONIGHT at 7PM?! 👀🔥

We wrapped filming just a month ago…and we already have a concept cut ready to share. For one night only, we’re screening Happy Sorrows at the historic Garfield Theatre in downtown Cincinnati.

This is a rare chance to watch the movie before it’s finished and give real feedback to the director and producers. Seats sold out fast—but we’re giving away two tickets for someone who wants to join us tonight.
