Had a few parents recently book in their children for treatment, young athletes between 12-14 usually in multiple sports training & playing matches 6-10 timers per week
Usually things like knee, hip, low back pain. Getting restrictions throughout the body cleared at that age is huge. Every muscle in the body pulls, that pulling tension building up over years as they grow could create a lot of injuries that could be prevented, not just the joint pain at the moment
Breathing is always an issue. Restricted, dysfunctional, snoring - which shouldn’t be considered normal. Becoming aware of dysfunctional breathing & the effects it will have both long term & short term on physical and emotional/mental state is a good rabbit hole to go down. In most of these treatments I’d cover basic things to improve that & explain why
