It’s been an HONOR to teach everyone from our Centennial location, to Littleton, to Castle Rock, to Lakewood/Wheat Ridge and now Highlands Ranch. What a WILD journey. God is teaching me SO much about the journey and I’m VERY thankful for every class and moment I’ve gotten with each one of you!

First class back will be Monday, January 7th! We will ONLY be holding Monday night barre classes this January, as we are gearing up for some major fun with with “Breathe Stretch Pray” and our dance fitness classes in Denver for the big flash mob this summer! 😍
