Eye health!
Things that can help:
Hot compress of slightly salty warm water before bed is what optometrists recommend.
Caster oil on the eye lid and area, or on an eye mask or a drop in the eye before bed should help. Heat is what will unblock the tear glands.
Omegas, vit D, vit A and iodine definitely are necessary for eye health to get the natural lubricants going. Attached is a photo from the super absorbant eye omegas my optometrist sells.
Anything that lowers inflammation will help, anything that causes it will make eye health worse.
For iodine make sure you don’t use Himalayan salt or you’ll not be getting iodine from salt. Seaweed or sea moss is a great source of iodine.
IPL lights is also recommended for dry eye or other eye conditions.
Face and jaw massage also helps eye pressure and health, if you clench your jaw a retainer will help.
Staying hydrated is also necessary to keep your eyes moist.
Colloidal silver is not something I would put in my eyes regularly unless I had an infection, then I’d use it for a few days only. Our eye oils are protecting us from infections and CS would kill the good bacteria. Anything not found naturally in the body shouldn’t be taken regularly.
Eye exercises! Eyes are muscles, we can improve our vision and activate our two halves of our brain when we take a few minutes a couple times a week to work them out.
