🚨🚨🚨Rebound will be closed this morning due to a power outage.

Check back here for updates. A member of our staff will reach out to you concerning your appointment during normal business hours. We will attempt to open once power is restored and in working order.

We've received a few phone calls and want to provide some clarity for those who are seeking PT.

1.) Is Rebound accepting New Patients? Always Yes

2.) Can you get my referral if I started somewhere else?
Yes. We would be more than happy to contact your physician or your previous clinic to discuss your care (at your request).

3.) Do you take my insurance?
Yes. In the extremely rare instance that we haven't seen your insurance before, we'll work with your company to provide the care that you need.

4.) Do I have to go to a specific clinic?
No. You can choose where you go. Whether that is us or one of the other clinics in the area - the choice is yours.

5.) Do I have to have a referral?
In many cases NO! Just give us a call and we'll help you get started.

6.) I've had surgery. Can you get me in quickly?
Yes. In most cases you NEED to get in quickly. Call us and we'll work with you to meet your needs and communicate with your surgeon. If you are scheduled for surgery, call us and we'll schedule your post-op PT evaluation ahead of time.

7.) Do you see infants and small children?
Yes we do. In fact, Jill Hensley PT has worked the majority of her career with children. We're thankful to be able to offer appropriate services in our clinic OR help you in setting up other available resources that you may need.

8.) My child got hurt at an athletic event or practice...can you check them out?
Yes. In fact, emergency room visits and unnecessary costs can be avoided by having us screen and make recommendations. We offer FREE sports injury screenings and have relationships with the best orthopedists and other specialists in the area if necessary. All we ask - give us call if possible before showing up so we can arrange a time slot for you.

9.) Any other questions? Call Us! We'll take the time to help, explain, and assist you in any way we can! And don't be afraid to ask us outside the clinic....we're always around and willing to answer any questions you may have.

Good morning!
Between winter weather, recent flooding, and water outages in parts of the county - there is a lot going on! We are operating with reduced staff and will be reaching out to make some scheduling adjustmentments. Feel free to reach out to us as well.

But - these things have a way of showing us the strength of community and resilience. As we face the cold and unexpected obstacles, we come together to support one another, helping to rebuild, recover, and adapt.

Let’s remember that even in moments like these, warmth can be found in the kindness of others and in the simple joys. Spring will come, and with it, new growth and brighter days ahead.

Due to expected snow and hazardous travel conditions, Rebound will be CLOSED on Wednesday February 19th. We will re-open on Thursday.

Roads and parking lot are slick at the moment. We will be open today, but encourage patients to use your best judgement in regards to travel. Weather conditions and reports are changing fast.

We will be open at 12pm for those patients scheduled and able to travel. The parking lot has been cleared and salted. Low temps of course leave a risk for slick spots.

If you need assistance from your car, please call in the clinic (304) 310-4721 and someone will assist you.

🚨🚨Due to snow and expectations for extremely low temps, Rebound will attempt to open at 12pm on Monday, January 20th. This will allow time to ensure road and parking lot treatment.
