I wrote this when I turned 30 and just forgot to share it for those who may be interested, some lessons I’ve come to know as my truth 🥰

1. Not everyone is gonna like you, you’re not gonna like everyone and that’s ok.
2. Trust people and give love 100% until they prove otherwise.
3. Love more, without compromising authenticity. Don’t spend time wasting energy if energetically your frequency doesn’t match another. Send love, let it go and move right on. Life’s too short for non-meaningful connections.
4. Give, without any expectation in receiving anything in return.
5. When you have less, share more- the universe always allows this energy to flow back to you.
6. Remain in flow, by listening, really listening
7. To gain insight, always go to the ocean. Our ocean heals and removes anything that no longer serves
8. Being barefoot is life
9. In no specific order: Coffee, wine and Dancing are life! My three daily essentials!
10. Time alone is my number one medicine, I practice this to the best of my ability daily to maintain wholeness
11. Follow the sun, ALWAYS, never settle for grey unless it comes down to the colour scheme of your home. Then make everything grey and white. It’s helps keep me calm and light, i think it will always be my favourite colour.
12. Don’t wait for s**t to happen, take action.
13. Manifest, manifest, manifest. With a simple prayer and trust in the outcome yet not being attached to the outcome, things happen organically. You can manifest absolutely anything when you understand the life force energy moving through you and when you know the tools that allow you to access it and create positive change
14. You are allowed to have bad days, and cry for no reason but do this alone- get it all out without comfort from your loved ones. This is crucial in my healing process and helps me to fully fully release this energy that needs to move through me.
15. It takes more energy to be horrible than to be kind- Unless you encounter people who loose their original 100percent points I give them, then Simply I let go of that energy and cut the chords. It’s really not worth it.

This pic was taken over a year ago. We have come to terms with this feeling that Instagram is just not us anymore. ✨

Initially we started our Instagram account In hopes to share our lifestyle to perhaps inspire people looking for a life of freedom.
Initially we thought this would attract people to ask us the “how?” and we would facilitate and guide beings into letting go of things that are holding them back from living from a place of integrity.

We couldn’t keep up with the multiple posts a day, the documenting every movement or moment because apparently stories bring more people to your page. I quite honestly didn’t think to take out my phone while enjoying my time cleansing in the ocean or being in nature or eating a nutritious meal.

We felt that by doing this, it was in Itself taking away our freedom of simply being. I (Sherri)have captured multiple ,beautiful moments through the lenses of my heart whilst living here( the longest place I’ve been in over 4 years). These moments have added so much value to my life, to my being. Without feeling the need to share them on social media instead I have worked on sharing light to the people I speak to, the service I give to others, the space I hold. My energy is focused on being in the here and now.My energy is focused on living a life of freedom and for me my phone takes that away from me.

Maybe we will keep this account , perhaps we will post every now and then,perhaps we will change our minds again in the future, we are not sure yet. This is a message for the beings who have asked where have we been. This is of course only our process and comes from a place of love, without any judgement to those that still use and enjoy this platform.

✨Full moon, sacred cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance this Saturday 27/02✨

An invitation to join me in a sacred circle under the full moon light.

We will open ceremony with the use of sacred mama cacao medicine, activating and opening our heart space. Through the dance we get to embody this opening and allow ourselves the space to become the sacred dance, to surrender to whatever feelings or emotions come up and for these emotions to be expressed in the dance.

This is an opportunity to disconnect in order to reconnect, to move stagnant energy and ultimately make space for all the incredible things to come.

We start at 18.30. Please ensure that you are here for check in at 18:20 latest as unfortunately no late comers will be able to enter. This allows for the energy to not be disrupted.

I have read this poem atleast once a month for a few years now. Every time I read it, I feel this deep connection to each and every word, as if I have written it myself. It resonates so much with my integrity and essence. I would love for people to share their favourite poems with me if you feel 🙏

It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.
It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love, for your dream, for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon. I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow, if you have been opened by life’s betrayals or have become shrivelled and closed from fear of further pain.
I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it.
I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, remember the limitations of being human.
It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy.
I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence.
I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, ‘Yes.’
It doesn’t interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children.
It doesn’t interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back.
It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away.
I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.
