Nearly there!! Clinic now closed until after Christmas but still a very busy time in my NHS job!!
Time to be a nurse at home too as my boy goes in for his op today 😢.

Even if it’s a Gummy one! Gummy smile can be treated with botulinum toxin to reduce the visibility of the gums above the top teeth when smiling.

So my lady who has started her Sunekos course this evening has had a nice surprise when I gifted her a months’ supply of Nutrakos supplements to take daily to support this treatment. This provides a dietary amino acid boost which helps towards to production of collagen and elastin fibres in the skin - these are the main supporting structures that hold the skin in place and provide its ‘firmness’

Sunekos feeds the skin from its very base - it’s injected deep in the dermis and over the course of 3-4 weekly sessions produces new supports for the skin. And it’s so versatile! My lady tonight has had this into crepey skin on her cheeks - but it can also be used in other facial areas, neck, chest and body.

Each treatment lasts about 20 minutes. Numbing cream can be used if patients are worried about discomfort but having had this treatment myself I would be happy to have it again without local anaesthetic.
