Shut Up And Trick is already one week ago🤗

The first day of Shut Up And Trick Alexander Andersen from Norway 🇳🇴 landed his first QUAD CORK and if was perfectly rotated 😉

He did two great quad corks that day.
In the evening his knee didn't felt oke. He asked me, Urban Fysio to do a checkup on his knee. What I saw was a slightly swollen, red, and warm knee.
My professional opinion on that moment was to not enter the battle that night and give the knee some rest. So I advised him a day of rest.

The next day I did a second checkup during the seminar. The knee looked way better. The knee wasn't swollen and there were no inflationary signs and no direct pain. So no reason to not battle!🔥 and luckily he won the 2vs2 battles together with

Congrats again🍍

The only thing he has to keep in mind that after an injury you need to build up your trickz to make sure the injury won't come back.
