Creating more structure with food can be scary when you’ve felt out of control for years. When you take away something that was once a balm for the hard moments of life, something in us is gonna throw a tantrum.
This is work for the courageous - those who are willing to dive in, and willing to feel the discomfort that comes with really being honest with yourself.
But if you can get through that, I’m talking like a week or two of uncertainty + doubt, there’s a whole world on the other side.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women at this point. Over the last 3 years, I’ve streamlined my Intuitive Macros framework and coaching method a lot. I’m incredibly direct, clear, and honest about what it takes - and equally compassionate about what comes up emotionally when that happens.
I can hold space AND remind you that you are stronger than you think - but it ain’t gonna happen without some effort + willingness on your part to rewrite your story by taking actions that build momentum and clarity.
I see it every day - the “omg I’m really gonna be honest with my food + drinking now” at the beginning to “omg I’m getting better results than I have in years” just a few weeks later.
That’s the portal you have to get through to feel like yourself again - to become the healthiest and happiest version of you. And the more you keep doing that, the better it’ll get.
Don’t resist structure, discipline, and acting in accordance to your real values.
