At Correct Connect, we are incredibly proud to share something truly inspiring. One of our amazing participants, Larrissa, has taken on a powerful personal challenge to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation — raising funds and awareness for vital breast cancer research.

So far this year, Larrissa has completed over 800 squats as part of her commitment, and she’s pushing toward her goal of raising $500 before the end of the year.

What makes this even more meaningful is that Larrissa herself understands what it’s like to need support. Despite her own challenges, she has chosen to step forward to help others. That’s the kind of courage and generosity that reminds us all: no matter our circumstances, we each have the power to make a difference.

To show our support, Correct Connect will be donating $50 to help Larrissa get closer to her goal — and we warmly encourage you to join us. Every dollar brings hope, funds research, and supports families affected by breast cancer.

Let’s rally behind Larrissa and show her that when one person steps up with heart, a whole community stands with them.

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a flexible role suited to a motivated professional who is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals.

About the role
As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with participants to build capacity, connect them with appropriate services, and navigate the NDIS system effectively. You will manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively with participants, providers and stakeholders.

Key requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in a Support Coordinator role

Sound knowledge of the NDIS and service systems

Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Mandatory checks

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

National Police Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Jacki has an extensive history working in the disability sector in support coordination for the last 4 years. Jacki originally started as a support worker and carries a certificate III and certificate IV in Disability Supports.

Jacki's main focus is on the participants. She is person-centred and driven to get positive outcomes for participants. Making sure she is guided by the client's choices and decisions. Jacki is skilled at listening and advocating for the client's choice and control. Hey everyone, this October is Mental Health Month and we wanted to share how important it is to keep track of your personal wellbeing, mental health is a lot harder to keep track of compared to physical health but the consequences of not looking after it can be just as devastating. this month you should take some time to refelct on how things are going and if there are any ways you can improve your mental health.
