Got this motivational quote from daughter’s closet door today; she’s reminding herself to eat the right things so she doesn’t have broken brackets ( she has braces). It’s been a difficult journey of not eating popcorn or hard sweets and we’ve had a few broken brackets. She has now realized that this might increase her treatment duration and even the cost at the end of the day. So she made this decision that she better do what’s right for herself and her family’s pocket.
Way to go girl!!!
This reminds me of my keto lifestyle and living a healthy life for me, family and others.💪🥑🔥🏃‍♀️I am here for a PURPOSE.
