1 chicken breast 🍗
1/2 packet of bacon 🥓
1/3 block mozzarella cheese 🧀
1/3 block cheddar cheese 🧀

How many calories do I need to take in?
After doing some extended research I have decided to provide you a general out line of the calories your body requires to give you a general direction and idea of how much you should consume to remain fit and healthy!

For instance a 25 year old Male with a height of six feet and a weight between 100kgs and 120kg needs to consume around 3535 calories a day whilst working out between 3-5 times a week to experience optimal muscle gains.

A moderately fit 25 year old women with a height of 5 feet and a weight of 60kg needs to consume around 1646 calories a day to maintain a fit and healthy body shape whilst exercising between 2-3 times a week.

(Calorie intake calculations are based off researched average weights and height of South African men and women)
