Eventually got round to doing tge draw for the year's worth of foot treatments (one treatment every 8 weeks over 12 months.
THE WINNER IS: TABITHA MAYBURY
Apologies it was later than expected, I had hoped to draw on Saturday at the Athline Regatta, however towards the end the weather turned and we didn't get to.
Thank you all so very much for your support it is very much appreciated. The draw itself raised nearly £900. The overall challenge we haven't the final total for but it is close to £10,000 which we are delighted about.
As the draw did so well we drew a second name to recieve a single foot care treatment and that went to MAIREAD WARNOCK.
Again thank you for your support, I will be in contact with out two winners 💗

So that's a wrap
Day 3 - 24.2 miles plus a few just for the craic of it in for me and Megan and the ERBC ladies from Kilbroney Park in Rostrevor to Island Park in Newcastle, skirting round mountain, over the saddles between mountains and over the top of mountains.
What a fabulous way to spend a weekend🌄

Day 2 of the Mourne Way complete. 7 hours and 10 miles of very hot walking today, not a cloud in the sky but we made it from Yellow Water Picnic Area to Ott Carpark. Between 16/17 miles completed in total so far and approx 7.2+miles to go tomorrow.

Internet is not good so I can't add videos but here's a few photos. Spectacular scenery and loving the walking tough bits and all, roughly 1400m ascended between yesterday and today.

I am taking part in a hiking challenge on 3rd and 4th June to raise money for a new Fillippi 4 boat for Evan's rowing club. Instead of asking fir direct sponsorship I thought I would give those that sponsor me the chance to win a year's worth of footcare (1 treatment every 8 weeks for a year from the draw date).
The challenge we are doing is to hike the Mourne Way Marathon route from Rostrevor to Newcastle through the Mourne Mountains, so 26.2 miles of mountain terraine over 2 day. Quite a challenge.

Hi Everyone
It's been about a year since I last posted a video!
I'm doing well and I'm back to doing a little bit of work, a few hours a day from home.
I'll be taking clients between the hours of 9 and 5 Monday to Friday. I will work with the time of the first client to book and then book a few around that time. That will make it a bit more flexible for both you and me.
Points to note:

>I am only doing footcare at the minute, no reflexology or massage.

>I have 8 steps to the front of the house, so access may be an issue for some of you unfortunately

On Christmas Day Evan, some of his fellow rowers, their parent's and some of the club coaches (and of course me too) are taking a plunge into Lough Erne in aid of Breast Cancer Now. I am so grateful for the club's support over the past year. It has kept us all active with plenty of events to attend and has given the whole family a focus.
The water, as you can imagine is very very cold so if you do have a few pounds you can spare to a good cause it will be very much appreciated.

Update on my health and return to work:
Most people are aware by now that I received a breast cancer diagnosis back in April.
I have had my surgery and am recovering from that very well and ferling very positive.
I start chemotherapy tomorrow, which will be slightly more intensive than I first thought. Chemo treatment will take me up to around mid November, then I'll have a 6 to 8 week break before starting 3 to 5 weeks of radiotherapy.
Unfortunately being realistic it will be March time before I'll be back to any level of work but will need to see how I recover as I have no idea how I will feel but I will be back as soon as I possibly can.
I will honour whatever time was left from 29th April on gift vouchers that are outstanding as soon as I come back.
I will keep you all updated when I can. For now though, look after yourselves, I will miss the craic and laughter and I will see you all soon.

With so many of you heading to the Sea and with the reports of large numbers of Jelly Fish and other wee stingy things hiding in the sand, I thought this link might be useful.

Your feet will thank you in years to come for treating them like you do your face.
Best advice for your feet:
👣 Keep them clean and dry
👣 Moisturise with footcream daily
- don't use body moisturiser as it contains different ingredients that can cause an overgrowth of the natural bacteria and fungi found on the foot which can lead to skin conditions developing
👣 Wear supportive, properly fitting footwear
👣 Get skin and foot conditions treated as soon as they appear or start to cause pain
