👋 Meet Rachel Hodges, an amazing Developmental Therapist here at Adaptations Unlimited. She brings her best to every session, helping children grow, play, express themselves, and thrive right in their own homes. 🏡✨

Rachel is neurodiversity-affirming in her approach, and provides holistic support to children and their families. As an educator, she takes every area of development into consideration as skills uniquely come together for each child to learn, develop and thrive.

🚙 Rachel is currently serving the Lake County area 🌳

Fun/unusual fact: Rachel has traveled to 15 countries and she is adding 2 more to that list this summer!

We’re celebrating May by highlighting our incredible therapists who make a difference every day!

👋 Meet Calli Cosentino, an amazing Speech-Language Pathologist here at Adaptations Unlimited. She brings her best to every session, helping children grow, play, express themselves, and thrive right in their own homes. 🏡✨

Calli is neurodiversity-affirming in her approach, and has training in gestalt language processing and AAC. She leads with trust in every child’s capability, always seeing the spark that makes them unique.

We’re celebrating the powerful role that speech-language therapy plays in helping children connect, express themselves, and engage more fully with the world around them. 🙌

From first words to feeding skills, social interactions to clearer conversations—communication milestones open doors to learning, confidence, and connection. We are so grateful for the speech-language pathologists who dedicate their work to supporting this growth, and we’re proud to offer speech services as part of our care for children and families.

We’re wrapping up OT month with our amazing leader!

👋 Meet Kate, the OT who founded and leads our company. What doesn’t Kate do?! In addition to her work as an incredible OT, she puts in countless hours mentoring others and implementing and guiding all aspects of the business side of our therapy practice! Kate has spent years building a company culture that values our therapists, collaboration, and growth. She leads with integrity, empathy, and gratitude. We love how she always looks for the most generous interpretation of others’ actions and sees the potential and good in all of us. 🙌

🧠 Kate is an Early Intervention credentialed provider and evaluator and Certified Infant Massage Instructor. She serves on the SSIP leadership group in CFC 2 (Lake County). 🥳

🚗 Kate is currently serving in McHenry and Lake County. 🏠

🪕 Fun/unusual fact: Kate is the queen of unique talents! She has sewn 5 wedding dresses, plays the banjo, and cobbles shoes… to name just a few! 👞

We’re celebrating Occupational Therapy Month by highlighting the incredible therapists who make a difference every day!

👋 Meet Sarah Steverson, an OT central to our leadership team at Adaptations Unlimited. She is the glue that holds so many things together! She provides mentorship, coordinates our fieldwork students, and keeps all the caseloads full as our Clinical Manager over the practice. She's instrumental to the practice and we are so grateful for her 7+ years supporting our team! 🙌

🧠 Sarah is an Early Intervention credentialed provider and evaluator, certified infant massage instructor, and Play Project Consultant. She serves on the SSIP leadership group in CFC 5 (DuPage County). She is a champion of neurodiversity affirming care! 🥳
