**With regards to treatment pricing, some services have increased as of August 2020 following the Pandemic of Covid-19 to assist with costs for PPE and further cleaning supplies. Thank You for your understanding and support.

***In relation to payment, please be aware that all new initial consultations and pre-assessments will be payable at time of booking (online or via invoice prior to attendance) and all follow up treatments can be paid for online or at treatment. Can offer Sports Massage and Holistic Body Massage Consultation Sessions

Additionally for anyone who has been injured or recovering from injury and is a member of British Gymnastics, Pro Focus can be included within the insurance scheme, please contact the company for a referral form and further information.

Absolutely amazing summer of sport from Women's Euros (official therapist to referees), GymCamp, FIG events right to The Commonwealth Games 2022 as a Soft Tissue Therapist and Team Lead Pharmacy - Medifest!

It is always amazing the opportunities of where my job takes me in fitness and therapy.....I blooming love it!!

Meeting amazing people, athletes, supporters, medical, backstage and more to create such an International Event!

Living in Birmingham Centre for 3 weeks right in the core of it!

When I moved from sports lecturing I never imagined where my job would take me.....well it is safe to say I am absolutely loving it and cannot wait for the next years of adventures!
