Polarity is a energy balancing through specialized techniques that deal directly with the electromagnetic life force energy, allowing the body to heal itself. The seven major Chakras and five elements they represent are of focus throughout the session. Client is fully dressed, except for the feet, for starting the session with a heavenly foot massage. Therapist uses both hands with each technique. Right hand sending energy, left hand recieving energy.
Polarity Therapy is profound holistic care for health of body, mind, and spirit.

I have had client's say to me, "I cant move the entire night so I dont sleep well and my body aches."
After a bit of discussion it was clear why!
Just to be clear, I love dogs. However, our bodies need to be able to move.
