☢️ MICROWAVES: THE “CONVENIENCE” THAT’S COSTING YOUR HEALTH ☢️
I used to think microwaves were the greatest kitchen invention since sliced bread, push a button, food’s hot. Done.
But after digging deep into the science (and propaganda), I realized I was basically nuking my nutrients, dosing my dinner with plastics, and calling it a meal.
There’s a reason anyone who speaks out about microwaves gets labeled “crazy” or “overreacting” it protects the profit machine that sells you speed over health.
