Working with me...
My name is Freya and, as a qualified RPC Consultant and EFT/Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, I address the mineral dysregulation underlying all physical symptoms and bring the main minerals - magnesium, copper and iron - into a healthy balance. This is achieved through feeding your body the correct nutrients and food based supplements.
During a consult with me, we will use your HTMA and blood results to explore your unique mineral make-up and explore how what you eat impacts on your body, mind and wellbeing. We will also explore the relationship between minerals and stress and how this manifests in disease and ill-health.
I love helping others, and I draw upon my experience as an employment coach to provide holistic person-centred support to my clients and their families. I believe in making small sustainable changes which make an enormous and lasting impact. Together we set actionable steps based around the nutritional and emotional support that your body needs to heal and thrive.
