6 CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASE:

1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the ureter and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

2. Eating too much salt. You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

3. Eating too much meat. Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys. Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxn that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

4. Drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering. So you should cut down the amount of coke you drink daily.

5. Not drinking water. Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well. If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking
enough water: look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

HOW TO SELECT YOUR BABY'S S*X.

S***m cells are either X or Y. The Egg cell is always X. If X-S***m cell meets the egg(X) the baby will be a Girl (XX). If Y-S***m cell meets the egg(X), the baby will be a Boy (XY). The Y-S***m cells move fast but die fast (its lifespan is about 24hrs). X-S***m cells move slowly but survive longer (up to 3-4days).

Therefore, if you have in*******se some days before ovulation, most of the Y-S***m cells would have died leaving mostly X-S***m cells to fertilized the egg

Here's a simple way to calculate your ovulation period.

1. From the first day you see the blood of your period.
2. Pick up a calendar and count 15 days including the first day of the blood stain.
3. Mark the 15th day with a pen.
4. Mark 3 days before the 15th day, and mark 3 days after the 15th day.
6. You will notice you have 7 days marked.
These 7 days are your ovulation/fertile days also known as unsafe period.
That is if you have s*x on any of these days, then you have 98% chances of being pregnant.
7. Do this every month diligently
For Example
1. If your period is 11th July, ,
2. 15 days after the first day of the blood stain will be on 25th of this July too (2weeks after) counting from 11th.
3. 15th day is on the 25th July
4. 3days before the 15th day is 22, 23, 24.
5. 3days after 25th July is 26,27,28.
6. 22-28th July (7days) is when you are ovulating. It is your fertile period.
**Don't forget that the 4 days is a reminder that s***m stays in the female body for about 4 days. Any s*xual contact in between ovulation period will form something ...
If you want a baby girl, have
s*x between 3 days before ovulation (22- 24th)
Female s***m swim slowly but can stay inside woman body for days without dying off,

MENSTRUAL CYCLE AND OVULATION PERIOD...

Most girls don't understand this because of much heavy grammar used to teach it, and we don't listen to our body too. I read, I started listening to my body for signs and I arrived at the simple analysis/steps........

👉MENSTRUAL PERIOD:The time blood flows out of your private area, when you use pad.
👉MENSTRUAL CYCLE: Days it takes to see another blood in the month. If you last saw your period in January 11th and it started again on February 10th 2017, then you have 30days cycle (count from 11 January to 10 February ).
NOTE: It is erroneous to believe its 28days cycle, different women have different cycles ranging from 21-35 days.

👉OVULATION PERIOD: This is time to get pregnant without stress. This is 2 weeks after your period or 2 weeks before the next period.
Here's a simple way to calculate your ovulation (unsafe) period.

1. From the first day you see the blood of your period.
2. Pick up a calendar and count 15 days including the first day of the blood stain.
3. Mark the 15th day with a pen.
4. Mark 3 days before the 15th day, and mark 3 days after the 15th day.
6. You will notice you have 7 days marked.
These 7 days are your ovulation/fertile days also known as unsafe period.
That is if you have s*x on any of these days, then you have 98% chances of being pregnant.

A DOZEN TIPS FOR LOWERING OF BLOOD PRESSURE AND FOR PREVENTION OF HYPERTENSION.

There are some non-drug therapy measures that you need to take from today on:

1. Avoid taking artificial spices like Maggi, Royco, Onga, Vedan, Ajinomoto, Knorr, Chicken Knorr, Indomie spices, etc because they help raise your blood pressure. Instead, cook with natural spices like onions, ginger, clove, garlic, turmeric, Cinnamon, etc.

2. Avoid koun (Potash) for they raise blood pressure.

3. Avoid coffee and tea (e.g. lipton, toptea, etc).

4. Avoid energy drinks like Power horse, Red Bull, etc.

5. Avoid Alabukun and all caffein-containing drugs.

6. Reduce salt intake drastically.

7. Cook with garlic for it helps in normalising your blood pressure.

8. Take a tablespoonful of extra virgin olive oil twice daily for it helps in lowering your cholesterol level.

8. Eat more fish and less meat for fish oil reduces cholesterol while meat fat increases cholesterol and blood pressure.

9. Avoid sedentary lifestyle and engage in regular exercises daily.

10. Take 500mg Vitamin C daily by dissolving five tablets in a glass of water and drink. You may double it by taking it twice daily. It also helps to reduce cholesterol level and boosts your immunity.

11. Avoid kolanut for it raises blood pressure.

12. Avoid undue stress, worrying and anxiety. A stressful life, worrying and anxiety leads to poor sleep and high blood pressure.

What Time Should You Sleep??

Is there a best time to sleep? There is a saying that sleeping early and waking up early is good for your health. How true is that? Is it alright to sleep late and wake up late?

You actually have an amazing biological clock ticking inside your body. It is very precise. It helps to regulate your various body functions including your sleeping time.

From 11pm to 3am, most of your blood circulation concentrates in your liver. Your liver gets larger when filled with more blood. This is an important time when your body undergoes detoxification process. Your liver neutralizes and breaks down body toxins accumulated throughout the day.

However if you don't sleep at this time, your liver cannot carry out this detoxification process smoothly.

· If you sleep at 11pm, you have full 4 hours to detoxify your body.
· If you sleep at 12am, you have 3 hours.
· If you sleep at 1am, you have 2 hours.
· And if you sleep at 2am, you only have 1 Hr to detoxify.
What if you sleep after 3am? Unfortunately, you won't have any time to actually detoxify your body. If you continue with this sleeping pattern, these toxins will accumulate in your body over time. You know what happens next.

What if you sleep late and wake up late?

Have you tried going to bed very late at night? Did you realize you feel very tired the next day no matter how much you sleep ?
