Price increase for 2025

The time has come for me to get with the times and increase my prices. Something I don’t like to do, because I like to look after my clients, like you look after me. With the inflation in the economy, it is not possible for me to stay afloat with my current prices.

I want to provide more for you in terms of new equipment etc & I cannot do so without change.

I hope you understand and I hope you have all had pay rises in your job too 🫶🏽

Below are the prices for bootcamp sessions.
2025 will see us doing 3 night time sessions a week and our Saturday morning session.

Personal training sessions have also increased and can send the updated prices to those interested.

$14 per individual class
$130 for bootcamp 12 classes
$35 a week for unlimited classes.
