Shala Devi has been lovingly created as a place to learn traditional Yoga and dance in an intimate and supportive environment. With coconut wooden floor, soothing white wash finish and view of temple and frangipani trees, it has a natural, modern Bali inspired feel.
Our team of teachers from Indonesia and India lead a holistic range of classes to experience the deeper elements of Yoga, including pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) meditation, mantra chanting and Yoga philosophy.
Located above “Mumbai Station” pure vegetarian Indian cafe, guests can enjoy a masala dosa or Ayurvedic meal, chai or lassie at the cafe after class.
