Sometimes we have to to muster up the motivation to reach our goals. Even though it might be rough going, you’ve got this greatness in you. You can do anything you set your mind to accomplish. The things we want most in life are typically not easy. We have to work for them. We have to struggle to really appreciate where we were and how much progress we’ve made.

Let’s be honest, if losing weight or getting fit or eating healthier was the EASY option, we’d all be at our goal weights eating carrots. Instead, it’s way easier to sit on the couch and binge watch Netflix. It’s easier to order takeout instead of preparing a nutritious home cooked meal. Am I right? 🙇‍♀️🤔
