I love looking at the steam coming off these steamed strawberries. ❤️🍓❤️ Every time I make French toast, I stuff it with cream cheese (yummm!), but it can get really heavy. So I’ve started mixing it with cool whip, and wow! It’s so delicious and makes it light and fluffy.

Have you ever tried something you’ve never done before? Was it hard? Did you keep going anyway?
Bunker Hill has 294 steps, which didn’t sound like too many at the beginning. Don’t let it fool you! By step 150, we were sweating, and huffing and puffing. But we kept going, and soon we were able to reap the benefits of some gorgeous views — not to mention the fulfillment of climbing the whole way up.
One step at a time, and you can make it to the top. ❤️

Blooper Reel
It can be easy to start to compare yourself to others online. People post their best attributes, camera angles and accomplishments. It makes sense, we all want to save face.
But the truth is: Everyone has flaws. Everyone has hard times. Everyone has days they feel gross. Everyone has days they eat the entire bag of chips for lunch and then have Oreos for dessert. It happens. But people don't post about that.
I often post pictures of cool yoga poses and healthy meals. But don't be fooled. There are days in which I don't feel 100%. We are human.
With that in mind, here are some behind the scene bloopers you might enjoy.
Whether you've been working out for years or are just starting your journey, there are always ways to make improvements. There are always goals to try to achieve. There are always barriers to overcome. If you work every day and focus on the baby steps in the process, you're sure to succeed.
When you believe you can do something, chances are you're going to succeed. Positive thoughts lead to positive actions. Positive actions lead to positive changes.
