Find your Force

Once you've had a taste of the sweet nectar of pure life force energy pulsing through your being, you know: there's no way back. No return to a life that lacks lustre and purpose, chronic health issues and low energy. From here on, there's only one way forward: following that force.

In her work, Lineke builds on her careers as a naturopathic doctor, clinical research specialist, physiotherapist, mindfulness teacher, global aid worker, as well as going through life in a human form. Having chased scientific knowledge for the first 20 years of her professional career, and after navigating through her own health- and life’s challenges, she finally realised the limitations of modern medicines relationship to health and healing. This relationship, with it’s focus on dissecting and understanding the smallest particles that comprise our bodies, is missing something vitally important – which was expressed eloquently by Vaclav Havel:

The thing that escapes modern science, does so because it is invisible – at least to microscopes. Those who have learned to turn their attention inward and study their own body and mind, know what this seemingly illusive thing “looks” like: our inner spark, or our life force energy.

As many ancient healing practices explain, a weak or blocked life force energy underlies all chronic illnesses, all of the common symptoms so many struggle with these days: chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, auto-immune conditions, indigestion, anxiety and depression – as such, it is the root cause of root causes, and simultaneously (when strong) the healer of healers.
