It is a space for you to think, breath and Release!! The idea is that we as women often get caught up in the day-to-day and rarely have time to sit and think about things we like, things we don’t like and how we can be better.

Release Mental Health and Wellness Inc. is an emerging mental health and wellness provider strategically located in Lakeland, Florida. We primarily serve the Black and minority populations, with a focus on adolescents, teens, and women of all ages. Our services, currently priced at an affordable $50 per session, are designed to create a supportive environment that prioritizes both privacy and accessibility. We leverage a model that combines both in-person and virtual engagements, giving clients flexibility through an electronic booking system by appointment. We maintain a robust outreach strategy through community awareness events, pop-up shops, and digital marketing, ensuring our presence is both visible and accessible to those we serve. Through these channels, we aim to connect with a broader audience, fostering community support and engagement around mental health awareness.
