As we step into the month of so-called love and affection, let's not only celebrate Valentine's Day but also take a moment to show some love to our hearts. February is American Heart Month, a time to focus on cardiovascular well-being and prevention.

❤️ Heart Health Tips for February & beyond:
*Incorporate heart-healthy foods into your diet, like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
*Get moving! Regular exercise is a fantastic way to keep your heart in top shape.
*Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night to support heart health.
*Manage stress through activities you enjoy, be it reading, listening to music, or practicing mindfulness.
