With the eclipse energies and all of the violence and genocide taking place - I invite you to consider having reverence for death.

It is one of the few occurrences that all humans will experience. It is a sacred transition, even when it happens in ways we would not choose.

Death doesn’t scare me.
Violence does.

Be discerning today loves.

What are your tools for when life gets hard? For when the ground branch you no longer feels stable?

In popular psychology we talk about emotional resilience, supportive relationships, and healthy behaviors such as meditation and proper sleep/revise/nutrition - etc.

✨We often don’t talk another the spiritual nature of change.

What tools do you have for you soul?

If we consider that darkness is a womb as much or more than it’s a tomb, we can surrender to the process.

Rebirth sounds lovely, being born again. It almost sounds refreshing. But remember what birth is like? There are contractions, and pushing. And squeezing through or being pulled out. It can be dangerous, it’s always messy.

Knowing that the death of who we once were leads us into darkness; and knowing the birth of who we will become will not be likely be easy…perhaps it’s time to surrender to the dark. Allow spirit to nourish you as an umbilical cord nourishes a fetus.

What’s feeding you in the darkness? What’s supporting you? (Are babies aware of the amniotic fluid? My guess is not…but perhaps we can become aware of what is supporting us)
