Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle the whole office Admin and back office work. Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
Handling emails, calls, face to face inquiries and messages on a day-to-day basis.
Handling attendance and time monitoring of the employees.
Maintaining transaction details (receipts, TT copy etc.), maintaining payment trackers, Ordering and maintaining stationery, Monitoring and recording expenditures & salary details,
Storing, Organizing and Managing files, Dispatching & Receiving courier mails & keeping a record, Supervising and scheduling maintenance activity, Scanning & printing Documents.
Coordination of meetings between departments and taking minutes of the meeting.
Maintain updated records of office purchases and products, delivery information and invoices related to company utilities.
Has to liaise with govt departments for permissions/licenses.
Written correspondence for office communications with vendors/distributors/legal bodies.
Also, Company related online applications .
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
Document all paperwork and handover procedure at the time of entry and exit of employees.
Coordination and implementation of office procedures.
Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department.
Reporting directly to the Company Head and working on day to day tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma
Bachelor’s degree preferred
One to two years of administrative/ Hr management experience
