I’m always saying “less is more”, let’s apply it to your liver.
We can sometimes overlook the fact that we have a natural filter right inside of our body and that leads to toxin overload.
Then we feel that we need to “detox”, so we take a bunch of supplements and do a cleanse every so often hoping to “reset”.
What if instead, we stop mistreating and working against this magnificent organ and gently support the liver so that it can do its 500+ jobs and keep your body clean and healthy!
Often times people do not take action until they see/feel there is a problem arising but to keep your body in it’s natural state of health, we must be PROACTIVE. Your body is designed to heal itself when given the right conditions.
So instead of putting a toxic load on our liver, let’s work synergistically with nature and keep our liver on the right path.
