Fun facts for Western Oregon and the Cross Quarter Days:

Imbolc is heralded by the first blooming of the Osoberry or Indian Plum.
Beltane is heralded by the blooming of the Hawthorn.
Lughnasadh is heralded by the ripening of blackberries.
Samhain is heralded by the first killing frost and the big leaf maples begin to shed their leaves.

You don't need to celebrate on specific dates. Get in tune with nature and it will tell you when to celebrate!
