I know the post above might sound funny but I do truly want to thank myself and thank the universe/source for giving me the strength, courage, fortitude and resilience to push though the adversity I’ve faced and carry on despite the many many set backs. I started this with one intention: to help people and provide them with guidance during times of spiritual need.

I’ll be doing a ‘This is not okay’ post, similar to @meanmail ‘s as I feel I am in a strong enough place to do it. I won’t be naming names as I have more humility than that. And I want to thank me for that. Humility comes before honour.
Today marks two years since I started Blue Moon. This was my very first post. It was Blue Monday and also there was a rare blue moon at the time - I didn’t have to think about what to call it or what kind of logo to have. I knew what moon phase I was born under so chose that as my logo with all my favourite things hanging from it.

Prior to this I’d just done readings, meditated, done rituals and collected crystals - it had just been a part of my lifestyle. But after some life changing events, I took the plunge and decided to actually launch the business. It felt weird to be charging people for readings since I’d done them for free for friends and family for so long. But as I soon learnt, there has to be a fair energetic exchange for something, especially when hours of energy and lots of love goes into something. Our most precious commodity is time.

🌙Waxing Crescent Moon (becoming visible after the New Moon) 🌙

Close your eyes and take a screenshot when you’re ready to see what crystal you need during the Waxing Crescent! Whilst there are specific crystals that work particularly well with certain moon phases, we all have our own individual preferences and so and thought I’d put this together if you’re a bit stuck on what to use.

The Waxing Crescent is your time to get curious with visualising what you want.
⠀
The Waxing Crescent moon lasts between 3 - 7 days, following on from the new moon phase. This is the phase where you will see your intentions start to take shape. In the same way that the moon is invisible when it is in the new moon phase, so too are your intentions. However, as the moon swells and gets bigger and more visible, so too do your intentions.

Aim to remind yourself of your intentions each day. Learn that whatever you write down and visualise, (and more importantly believe will come true) WILL come to you. These wishes are true to you, it may take time, but with continued work - you will manifest them. Remember, whatever you are visualising is simply your soul guiding you to what belongs in your life. It's why our intuition is so powerful.

Continue to use your crystals as you did during the New Moon, whilst being mindful of the intentions that you set 💜

Christmas Wishes!

A little Christmas Eve ritual for you to do:

🌲Write down your wishes on separate pieces of paper
🌲Choose a crystal that represents each of your wishes and place them around your candle, with your wish underneath the crystal
🌲Express gratitude for the things you have in your life right now
🌲Hold your crystal in your hand and focus on the candle flame for a few seconds before closing your eyes
🌲Hold your crystal against your heart and focus on your wish - what it would look like and how you would feel once it’s manifested.

✨ Do this for each of your wishes ✨

Once finished, blow your candle out but leave your crystals and wishes where they are till tonight. Then pop your wishes that you wrote down in the can. You don’t have to put your crystals in with them.
The moon is a reminder that no matter what phase I am in, I am still whole.

During this new moon, set your intentions. Plant those ideas down firmly - write them down, wish upon them, visualise them. You need to plant the idea so the universe can tend to it. Set your visions beyond the vastness of the eternal cosmos, for both are infinite✨💫
