REST- a law of health.
Rest is very important for human health.
read (Exodus 20:9-10)
Sleep always comes to mind when we mention "rest". During sleep, the impaired parts of the body are repaired. Excretory process is carried out for better elimination and cleansing. Wastes are filtered in the kidneys and transported to the bladder through ureter to be excreted out from the body. A sound sleep also, the overtasked brain is able to relax and revive it self. All body activities are lessened during sleep which helps the heart and the lungs a lot. This is why eating late at night is advised to be watched carefully.
