••• As our lives go along, we all have mental, emotional, and physical conditions that can disturb us- causing reactions within us of wanting safety, wanting to control or change what is happening, or disapproving/wanting approval, or we may resist or reject the condition or the situation.
No one wants to be sick in mind, body or emotion.
Our common reaction to the condition or situation is to resist it, reject it, to fight it- as though it is an enemy- but in doing this, we are actually turning on ourselves. 😱
Story time! ⬇️
🌱 Recently, a client was releasing on their chronic kidney disease. They hate it. They resent it. They feel powerless and afraid. They blame the neglect of care givers and are angry about the past and they are angry that their body is not “perfect.”
🌱 As we released, they let go of the thoughts, feelings and beliefs they were holding, or pushing away. They let go of keeping themselves and everyone in the past on the hook for what they did or did not do.
🌱 Once these things were released, their inner peace was restored and they no longer felt the hate, resistance and rejection of their chronic kidney disease, and they themselves said, “What’s done is done, and it really wasn’t anyone’s fault.”
🌱 My client is not happy they have chronic kidney disease, but now, they have moved in their consciousness from an adversarial relationship with their body to a relationship of loving support, and that shift has restored their happiness and peace.
••• Releasing is a simple do it yourself process that allows us to shift from negative, disturbing thoughts to happiness and peace.
