This is a loving reminder, that you have an entire team of Spirit Guides with you, and they can support and guide you with anything and everything. Ask them for what you need. Ask them for the energy you want to hold, align with or step into. Ask them for their support. Ask them to guide you with what you need.

Our Guides won’t interfere unless given permission to do so, because we simply always have free will. Time and time again this reminder comes through for my clients when I connect to their Guides. Your Guides really do want you to ask for their support …. You are never alone, they want to help you, they want to support you, guide you, love you and hold you … you just need to ask!

Another lap around the sun ☀️

33 was a pretty epic year for me …. Not because of necessarily any particular moment or time or one experience, but just in who I am today vs who I was a year ago.

I spent a lot of time on my own last year, I spent four months on my own in Bali as well as being in a work cave for another 4 months after that … so this definitely wasn’t a social year for me … but my goodness it has been an incredibly transformative year because of it.

Internally … I am not the same as a year ago … it was a year of integration, of deep embodiment and deepening of so much I have learned and received and my intuitive gifts, it feels like this year was a year everything came together and then expanded enormously.
Because of that obviously my external world has shifted so much too … to think a year ago it wasn’t even in my awareness to teach the work I do to others … now I am sat here with an entire online school, with more people continuously joining, getting attuned and certified to do this work of Energy Healing and Intuitive work too … it’s blowing my mind … and that all unfolded and was created this year!

This was a big year … maybe the biggest that I’ve had since being on this personal development and spiritual journey. I feel I’m starting this next rotation with just so much gratitude, so much awe of what can unfold so quickly in this world, and honestly SO MUCH excitement for this year …. I honestly cannot wait ✨🤍

Thank you deeply to everyone here and for being a part of my world … you have made this last year what it was 💫

I want to just remind you before you set any 2024 goals, that instead of creating goals with your mind … How about allowing your Soul to lead this year instead

Set intentions instead of goals, and allow your Soul to guide you each step of the way

This is where you start to step into your purpose

This is where you start to feel actual fulfilment instead of just hitting milestones and then on to the next (or not hitting them at all)

This is where you get led to places that are so much bigger than you could have possibly imagined or
"planned' with the mind

When you plan with the mind it's ONLY ever based on something you've seen before

That's how the mind works

But your path is unique

It's not meant to be like anyone else's

So your mind truly has NO IDEA what your alignment and highest path and journey is

You can 'manifest' dreams and goals with the mind

Or you can set intentions, follow your Soul's guidance and alignment, and be guided to your purpose

Both are co-creations with the Universe/Divine

But only one is going to lead you to actual deep fulfillment and alignment (and when you follow this path you are SO MAGNETIC naturally)

So a goal might sound like:

'Start my own coaching business and make 5k a month’

And an intention would sound like:

"Step fully into my purpose, allow fulfillment, joy and abundance into my life in whichever form is most in alignment for me'

One is expansive

One is contracted and restrictive (and trying to control)

If you want more expansion, more synchronicities, more miracles, more magic, more purpose and more deep Soul fulfilment… the first is the way to go

Our Soul is more powerful than our minds can even comprehend

Let it run the show this year and see what happens ✨
