Getting stronger every day. Week 4 down and on the week 5.
Its not a fancy gym, but this is my favorite workout spot during the work week. Its on my lunch and its where i relax and focus on myself and the goals that i am trying to crush. Being a mother/wife and commuting daily its so hard to have time for myself. Thats why with homeworks theres no excuses. Theres always time to squeeze in a good workout especiallty when you work out 4 days and 3 rest. Couldnt be anymore easier. Its never to late to join me. Dont be afraid to fail, be afraid not to try.

Tucking my babies in for bed and thinking about how I am always tell them they can be anything they want to be when they grow up . All they need to do is work hard and never give up .

I’m now realizing that I need to take my own advise and push myself and not give up as well. Fitness has really started to open my eyes about life and that I need to challenge myself in all aspects of life and not give up.

Hi everyone, thank you for liking my page. My goal for my page is to inspire others get to healthier and live a happier lifestyle. I started my journey with fitness after i had my 3rd baby. I was 35 pounds heavier than I'd had ever been at that time. I new I had to make a change because I was not happy with the way my body had changed. A year ago i began my transformation with Beachbody and as i followed the work outs, meal plans and Shakeology I began to see amazing results. At times i would slack off just like we all would do but i made sure to refocus and challenge myself. One of my goals was to get down to my high school weight at 116lbs and with dedication to the program I was able to achieve that goal. After time I slacked off and I settled at a tad bit higher than my 116lbs goal but with dedication to the program goals can be reached and surpassed. This program has made me more confident in life and i look forward to meeting new faces and hearing about your life and seeing what your goals and dreams are.
