We humans have so many lessons to learn as we keep moving ahead we start becoming vast and expansive in our mindsets (or evening get stuck and not grow) so it’s great to share how we overcome our difficult experiences and try to apply them in tough times.

I am her voice today and the voices of the many victims of domestic abuse which are going unheard as they are locked up with their abusers in the lockdown.
Rising number of cases have put tremendous pressure on the resources of SNEHA, an NGO that has been fighting domestic violence since 20 years. They need to raise funds to raise resources to tackle domestic violence.

Empower yourself to change at core level, this is a technique I use with my clients and I am extending it to you so that you can heal your life.
These 4 simple steps that you teach yourself will add joy,peace and growth to your life.
So don’t resists change as that is the only constant in our lives ,you are your own longest commitment, how you view your Surroundings is just a reflection of how you live within yourself.
So Reframe your Challenge and envision a better outcome

P.s - you can also journal this instead of just visualising as your own personal notes can be referred to during difficult times and reinforce the growth mindset you have developed 💕

They are working so hard to save every life, why is our energy not being used? why can’t we keep creating great energy, sound vibrations, energy alchemy everyday at 5?
USE US, our energy ,our potential,use our love that we feel for every heart feeling the fear, for the families who have infected members or relatives, for families who have lost people to this virus, for every person who doesn’t know what the next moment brings, why can’t we just create great positive energy at no cost at all.
maybe through this we may realise how we create energy (karma) start living united, more aware, more mind full and not destroy Mother Nature so that she doesn’t have to create a BALANCE with RAGE in her SOUL 💔
