We’re beyond grateful to share some incredible news from the Alliance for Chiropractic conference this past weekend in Toronto!

Dr. Stephen LaFay was honoured with the Doctor of the Year award, and Dr. Cassie LaFay received the Young Doctor of the Year award!

This weekend, our team had the privilege of attending the Alliance for Chiropractic conference in downtown Toronto 🙌

We joined hundreds of passionate chiropractors and team members from across the country — all committed to supporting the health and wellness of families throughout Canada. 💛

It was an inspiring weekend filled with insightful presentations, meaningful connections, and a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

💧 Hydrate — Drink water before and after your adjustment to support your body’s natural healing.
👕 Dress comfy — Wear comfortable, flexible clothing so you can relax with ease.
📱 Unplug — When you arrive, take a moment to put away your phone and distractions.
🌬️ Breathe deep — Consciously relax your muscles and your mind with a few slow, deep breaths.
🛏️ Settle in — While you’re waiting in the room, lay back on the adjustment table, allow your body to fully rest, and continue breathing deeply.
