A little bit about me…

I am Amanda, your local spiritual coach! I have been on my own healing journey for 7 years, but I first took a more spiritual approach 4 years ago. While I just started my coaching journey, I have had years of experience.

Back in 2020 (the first picture), I was at my lowest. Fresh out of the long term treatment facility, on a multitude of medications, freshly shaven head due to a psychotic episode, I was ready to end it all. But I didn’t.

I found myself. I worked on myself. Therapy, a new doctor, meditation, journaling, and my own spiritual coaching journey as a client lead me to where I am today. As well as my support system.

Please don’t get me wrong, I still have setbacks. But I have the right tools, the right coping mechanisms that have proven to work for me. And they may even work for you too.

What do we accomplish in coaching sessions?

Self-Discovery and Awareness: I help clients deepen their self-awareness and explore their inner world. This involves guiding clients to connect with their beliefs, values, emotions, desires, and intuition. Through mindfulness and meditation, journaling, and reflection, clients can gain clarity about their identity, purpose and spiritual path.

Alignment with Purpose and Values: I assist clients to align their actions, choices and goals with their higher purpose and spiritual values. Helping each client identify their unique gifts, passions, and strengths, and explore how they can use them to make a meaningful contribution to the world. I also encourage clients to live authentically and in alignment with their deepest truths.

Transformation and Growth: I support clients in their journey of personal growth, healing, and transformation. I provide the tools, techniques and practices necessary to facilitate inner healing, mindset shifts, and spiritual evolution. I guide clients through challenges, setbacks, and obstacles, helping them develop resilience, self-compassion, and have a growth mindset.

Integration and Application: I assist clients in integrating their spiritual insights and practices into their daily life, by helping them bridge a gap between spiritual principles and practical application. I empower them to embody their spiritual values in their relationships, work, health, and lifestyle choices. I encourage clients to take inspired action towards the goals they have.

Staying Centered Amidst Life's Hustle

1. Practice mindfulness: Take moments each day to breathe deeply and tune into the present moment. That can be with meditation, enjoying a nice cup of coffee/tea. Mindfulness can move mountains in your life.

2. Embrace Gratitude: Take time to appreciate the little and large blessings in your life. Whether that be by journaling, or something different. This can shift your perspective.

3. Set boundaries: It's okay to say no to things that don't suit you.

4. Seek balance: Make sure to nurture all aspects of your well-being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Taking breaks and recharging is okay.

5. Connect with nature: Spend some time outdoors to reconnect with the beauty of nature. You can take a walk, gaze at the stars, sit in the grass.

Remember, staying centered is a journey, not a destination. Embrace each moment with kindness and compassion for yourself and others.
