The summer has probably been pretty full: vacations, beach days, plus all the everyday essentials while keeping up with friends and family!

Is finding Dr. Right also on that list? If it isn’t, it should be.

Dr. Right, aka, a primary care provider, is your health bestie. They can help with all your non-life-threatening health issues. Things like diagnosing and treating minor illnesses, managing chronic conditions, providing annual wellness exams, and coordinating care with specialists when needed.

They’re also a good resource for health advice and support when something feels off or if you’re looking to make healthy lifestyle changes.

If you haven’t seen your primary care provider in a while, consider this your reminder to schedule an appointment. Click here to schedule appointment https://bit.ly/4mg7kFa

Don’t sweat it! We’ve got your summer health covered.
Things are heating up on the Northshore, and we've got tips to help you beat the summer heat and stay healthy.

The first step: Schedule an appointment with your primary care provider (P*P).

A P*P, whether that’s a family doctor, internist, physician assistant, OBGYN, pediatrician, or nurse practitioner, is a health partner who can help with all your non-life-threatening health issues. They can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, manage chronic conditions, provide annual wellness exams, and coordinate care with specialists when needed.

They’re also a good resource for health advice and support when something feels off or if you’re looking to make healthy changes to your lifestyle.
