In our modern world where we are constantly being overly stimulated, through our daily interactions, the media, our own thoughts and patters, the 'hustle' and so much more, it can be perceived as difficult to find a moment of stillness, a moment to ground and become clear. Through the awakening of Self-Awareness, one learns how to engage with life in a much more graceful and deliberate manner. Wha
t Self-Awareness entails is a daily commitment and devotion to nurture ourselves through Healthy avenues that aid us into living our most prosperous and joyful lives. This is achieved by becoming clear of our intentions, goals, and aspirations, and everyday upon awakening implementing a physical action that is aligning you, daily, with your desired life. There is a plethora of practices you can start learning and incorporating in your life today! All it takes is determination, curiosity, and a willingness to get out there, ask questions and do the research. In 2012 this spark of curiosity started burning bright within me, so much so that I simply couldn’t dim it or ignore it, it had to be addressed. I started gravitating a lot towards books channeled by the Pleiadians, such ‘Bringers of the Dawn’ by Barbara Marciniak. Practicing Kundalini Yoga, which connected me deeply with my body and the realization of how powerful we are. As the years passed, I started to dive deeper into Yoga and all of its different aspects. I got blessed with an incredible teacher whom I later on became certified with. He taught me the importance of Self-Awareness within our Body, how everything is so deeply connected and rooted together, from our muscles and bones, to our inner workings. Thanks to my training with my first teacher, I developed a beautiful relationship with my body and its movements. Later on I connected with another kindred soul; he spoke about inner alchemy and magic. He taught me how to sit, visualize, tune in, and practice. With all of these tools I have acquired I learned they all have one fundamental truth, Self-Awareness. I have been able to gather all of these tools to create harmony in my life. The reason why I place such a huge emphasis on Daily actions, practices and devotion, is because it truly takes consistency and determination to ground, center and remember your why.
