The quick fix diet you just started to make you feel better about thanksgiving isn’t going to work…

Here’s why,

This time of year is STRESSFUL for most women.

You won’t admit it, but the holiday meals bring so much anxiety.

The pie, the stuffing, the corn bread and the lack of self control you have around food… is scary.

It’s like a cycle, you finish your plate and get really full, but you can’t pass up dessert.

As a matter of fact, your pants are already unbuttoned and you’re still … snacking.

So to prepare for this… you started a new low carb + intermittent fasting diet with some cardio.

You’re probably eating once a day (on purpose or you forget) and expecting to lose some weight before thanksgiving.

You saw 2-3 lbs come down at first but it stopped and now the scale is going back up. What the heck?! Right?

Quick fixes = short term results = gaining it back = hamster wheel cycle of never being truly happy.
