There are times when the path ahead feels unclear, and we’re called to lean into trust and have faith in the way life is unfolding. While uncertainty can stir stress and overwhelm, it’s how we respond that shapes our experience, choosing presence over fear allows us to move forward with grace.

Wow this Spring event was 3 years ago today! I love having beautiful women in my life and holding safe and sacred spaces for them 🌹✨

This was my first event after becoming a new Mum. Michael was just 6 months old and I was breastfeeding at the time, which was a juggle!

I can't wait for the next summer Goddess circle I'll be hosting on 6 December to celebrate the light. ✨

This week Magpies have been everywhere for me. I know it's Magpie season, but this one is literally standing on my Angel statue. He was ready for a chat, he wasn't leaving and he settled in. Magpies can bring forward a variety of totem messages to help us reflect, connect with the animal kingdom and communicate with them. For me, when a magpie visits in a meaningful way, it can mean the following :

🐧Balance and Duality
Magpies are known for their striking black-and-white appearance, which often symbolises duality, light and dark, masculine and feminine. When a magpie appears to you, it may be a reminder to find balance in your life.

🐧Change and Transformation
Magpies are highly adaptable birds, often found in a variety of habitats. Their presence can signal that a period of change or transformation is coming, encouraging you to embrace new opportunities and trust in the process of growth.

🐧Communication and Intelligence
Magpies are intelligent and vocal birds, often known for mimicking sounds. They are symbols of cleverness, curiosity, and communication. Spiritually, a magpie may be urging you to pay attention to the messages around you or to communicate more openly and effectively with others.

This card is a sacred invitation to pause. To exhale fully. To soften into silence where your heart can just be. Let your body rest, take time for yourself and let yourself breathe slowly, allowing your mind to drift like leaves on water. This is a time to nurture yourself.

Your heart is a sacred rose, soft, powerful, and wise. With each breath of healing, it opens petal by petal, releasing the past and welcoming new light. This is not a rush or a force; it is a blooming. A remembering. Let love return to you, slowly and surely, in the way only your soul understands. You are precious.
