✨THE THIRD EYE CHAKRA - Clairvoyance ✨

I love the colours my Mum captured in this photo a few years ago, taken after I’d spent the week doing readings. The colours associated with the Third Eye Chakra are vivid shades of indigo and purple. The opening of the third eye awakens spiritual sight, allowing you to commune with unseen realms and receive guidance from higher dimensions and the spirit world.

The third eye is one of the seven main chakras in your body (called Anja) and often signifies awakening to a higher consciousness through a sixth sense. The word Chakra in Sanskrit means spinning wheel, which is representative of higher spiritual energies awakening in your third eye chakra. The third eye is physically located in the pineal gland, in the centre of your brain and enables you to have extra-sensory perceptions.

It is safe to open your third eye and interpret energy with your eyes open or within your mind's eye through inner visions, symbols, dreams etc. You can focus on receiving messages for the highest good, without fear or worrying if you getting it right. Fear and love are opposite vibrations, so it's much harder to get the message if you are fearful.

Trust the messages you receive and have faith in your abilities. Practice, work with an experienced psychic mentor, attend courses with experienced teachers and dedicate time to developing your abilities regularly. You will have your own individual and beautifully unique way of receiving visions and insights.

Personally, I see Spirit with my eyes open and also within my mind's eye - it also has changed and evolved over the years. We both had such a lovely day at the National Library yesterday planning and preparing for our upcoming collaboration - 'Women of Spirit' on 22 February. ✨🌹

🦋 TRANSFORMATION 🦋
