This oracle card brings a powerful reminder: it is time to release what was never yours to carry.

You may have unconsciously taken on someone else’s emotions, expectations, stress, or projections. As a sensitive, intuitive soul, you feel deeply, but feeling deeply does not mean you are responsible for fixing, holding, or healing everything for everyone.

The Universe is asking you to practice unconditional self love to overcome this. True self love requires you to release energetically what is not yours, say no when necessary and honour your own energy. Trust your heart and your higher path. If something doesn't feel right it usually isn't. Set your boundaries this week so you can focus on making your life the best it can be, which allows you to focus on your own self-care and what truly matters.
