Do you find yourself not able to stick with a fitness plan or routine, you constantly fall “off” and back on?

This is my specialty to correct, because I teach you how to fit fitness into the cracks of your day & life in a sustainable way that works with and for your life in a positive way instead of seeking an all or nothing unsustainable miserable mindset and an unsustainable plan that is impossible for you to realistically stick with, setting you up to feel as if you fail! We do the opposite, I’ve learned to crack the code personally and now I can teach you how to as well! It’s my favorite to teach other women how to NOT hate fitness, but to LOVE fitness and how they feel and look without hating the process, but truly finding something doable and enjoyable, however.. (you’re going to be sore after my leg days) that’s just a part of it! And suffering a little.. building your body and mind strong.. it’s all part of it 😜
If you have to give up your entire life to have fitness plan, rest assured you’re doing it all wrong! There WILL be sacrifices, life any good thing, but you don’t have to hate it! You can learn to love it, doing exercises you enjoy and eating nutritious foods you love! If being fit doesn’t allow you to enjoy your life at all what so ever, is that truly worth it?! 🤔
I say no 😜 this is the mindset some people have towards health and fitness and being fit, and I love to challenge this mindset and show you my way!

I love helping women become their own biggest fan/best friend instead of their biggest enemy (I’ve been there!) this way is sooo much better!

I got into working out when I was about 18 years old, I started doing videos at home, then got my first gym membership and got very consistent into lifting, creating my own workout routines and being quite literally obsessed, you could find me at the gym for FOUR+ hours at a time 😮‍💨🤣 about 11 years ago, and here I am now still!

My favorite style of training was “body building style” I had my first son Abel, reaping the benefits of an active pregnancy, I then got my NCSF Personal Training Certification and have worked with my wonderful clients as well as built new clientele ever since! I went on to get my L1 certification (CrossFit) and did that style of training during my second pregnancy! I also worked to heal my core from my previous pregnancy, so I am very passionate about helping current and past mamas heal their core!

We then opened up our gym here in Cottonwood Idaho, Ethos Fitness! (3 years ago)

I have done my group “Fit February” for 7 years! (As old as Abel is)
One year I did it in person at our gym and it was AWESOME!

I competed in my first two bikini competitions in last year, in 2024! Placing first in my class, I became nationally qualified. I am training for another show currently. If I’m not at the gym, you’ll probably find me taking a coffee walk with my boys, or hopefully riding my horse!

I love to specialize in women wanting to create a healthy, sustainable, realistic LIFESTYLE, as well as those who are wanting to push to get to the next level in their fitness! And MAMAS!

I like to think I’m somewhat well rounded, with a good start in my education/experience with a TON still to learn and most definitely NEVER finished! I have done a mixture of in person and online coaching! I believe each cilent is truly unique and I like to get to know YOU, what works for YOU (as every BODY, mind, background, experience is truly different and responds differently!) Tailored to you, your life, your values, I create a custom program that suites you and YOUR life, while getting long lasting results.

No two client’s are the same, and I’m truly passionate about connecting and finding creative solutions that help YOU reach your goals, I’ll be gentle, I’ll be firm, I’ll push you & pull back at times, I like to think its an art skill! But I will always prioritize why you hired me, and provide my experience/skills/mindset to the best of my abilities ✨

Currently I am only offering my programming/online coaching at this time, and I have a few slots available! I prefer to give quality over quantity into how many clients I keep on my roster, as they truly matter to me, become great friends, and my energy is able to be present to help so much more that way! Your programming is available from a handy app on your phone that makes it easy! 📱
