Do you find yourself not able to stick with a fitness plan or routine, you constantly fall “off” and back on?
This is my specialty to correct, because I teach you how to fit fitness into the cracks of your day & life in a sustainable way that works with and for your life in a positive way instead of seeking an all or nothing unsustainable miserable mindset and an unsustainable plan that is impossible for you to realistically stick with, setting you up to feel as if you fail! We do the opposite, I’ve learned to crack the code personally and now I can teach you how to as well! It’s my favorite to teach other women how to NOT hate fitness, but to LOVE fitness and how they feel and look without hating the process, but truly finding something doable and enjoyable, however.. (you’re going to be sore after my leg days) that’s just a part of it! And suffering a little.. building your body and mind strong.. it’s all part of it 😜
If you have to give up your entire life to have fitness plan, rest assured you’re doing it all wrong! There WILL be sacrifices, life any good thing, but you don’t have to hate it! You can learn to love it, doing exercises you enjoy and eating nutritious foods you love! If being fit doesn’t allow you to enjoy your life at all what so ever, is that truly worth it?! 🤔
I say no 😜 this is the mindset some people have towards health and fitness and being fit, and I love to challenge this mindset and show you my way!
I love helping women become their own biggest fan/best friend instead of their biggest enemy (I’ve been there!) this way is sooo much better!
