I’m a Brooklyn-based food enthusiast, and occasional knife-for-hire, who loves the Paleo/Primal lifestyle. I’m always on the prowl for new things to eat, drink, and read, and searching for stuff to experiment with. I also happily CrossFit my little heart out and pretty much think my dog is better than yours. I have my way – you have yours. Whatever works for you: go for it.
